Erst mal habe ich die beiden zugeschnittenen Hosenrohre noch mal besser befestigt. Der eine abgebrochene Bolzen des Kr\u00fcmmers wurde von mir provisorisch in einer zweist\u00fcndigen (!!!) Aktion gegen eine Gewindestange ausgetauscht. Wenn ich im ausgebauten Zustand das Gewinde nicht gescheit nachgeschnitten bekomme, ist wohl ein neuer Kr\u00fcmmer f\u00e4llig &#8230; die sind gebraucht gl\u00fccklicherweise nicht allzu teuer.<\/p>\n<p>Dann habe ich mich an die Biegung der Kat Rohre in Richtung Hosenrohre gemacht. Die gesamte S-Schlange der Biegung geht 60 bis 65 Millimeter zu weit nach rechts, sodass das rechte Rohr geradewegs im Querlenkergummi m\u00fcnden w\u00fcrde. Demnach hie\u00df es also diese S-Schlange um 60 bis 65 Millimeter zu k\u00fcrzen und dabei die grundlegende Form und den Rohrabstand beizubehalten.<\/p>\n<p><a Ich vermute mal, dass BMW sich dabei durchaus was gedacht hat \ud83d\ude09\u00a0Das rechte, kleinere Rohr ist f\u00fcr den vorderen Kr\u00fcmmer zust\u00e4ndig, also deutlich l\u00e4nger als das innere Rohr. Vermutlich wollte BMW durch den kleineren Durchmesser diese L\u00e4ngendifferenz wieder ausgleichen. Mir hat das soweit auch ganz gut gepasst, denn das kleinere e36 Rohr kann exakt in das e34 Hosenrohr geschoben werden, w\u00e4hrend das innere, dickere Rohr den gleichen Durchmesser wie das andere e34 Hosenrohr hat. Den vorderen am Getriebe kann ich zum einen Teil vom e30 (getriebeseitig) und zum anderen vom e36 (Schelle an den Rohren) verwenden. Ich muss lediglich ein Zwischenst\u00fcck anfertigen. Kniffliger wird der Halter am anderen Ende des Kats. Hier ist auf der e30 Seite nichts vorgesehen und auch keine wirklich guten Schraubverbindungen vorhanden. Eventuell muss ich entweder den Halter am Kat versetzen und\/oder mir aber eine Quertraverse anfertigen.
