Zu gro\u00df waren die R\u00fcckenschmerzen, als dass ich mich mit dem Gedanken h\u00e4tte anfreunden k\u00f6nnen mit dem neuen Differential rumzuhantieren.<\/p>\n<p>Gestern ging es dann aber schon wieder besser und ich habe das e30 M3 Differential mitsamt Achswellen montiert. Ich h\u00e4tte nicht gedacht, dass es\u00a0<strong>SO<\/strong>\u00a0schwierig ist die f\u00fcnf Schrauben des Differentials zu setzen, die Hinterachse hat sich fast eine dreiviertel Stunde lang geweigert das Differential aufzunehmen. Zwar w\u00fcrden angeblich e30 324td oder 325e (129 PS) Schaltgest\u00e4nge out of the box passen, aber da ich keines da hatte zum einbauen habe ich einfach das vom e34 genommen und nach sorgf\u00e4ltigem Ma\u00df nehmen um 62 mm gek\u00fcrzt und wieder zusammen geschwei\u00dft. Da wurde meine Enthusiasmus aber j\u00e4h gebremst. Also zum gef\u00fchlt hundertsten mal die Getriebetraverse gel\u00f6st, das Getriebe abgelassen und den Schaltarm montiert. Das war ein ganz sch\u00f6nes Gefummel, von der M40 Kardanwelle das Mittellager (nur das Gummi au\u00dfen mit Halter) einigerma\u00dfen zerst\u00f6rungsfrei vom Lager zu bekommen. Und die Lage der Welle ist trotz Achstieferlegung ziemlich gut und belastet die Hardyscheibe vorne meiner Meinung nach so gut wie gar nicht. Bei der Gelegenheit ist mir zum ersten mal aufgefallen, dass das Differential bzw. der Flansch zur Kardanwelle gar nicht mittig zum Auto ist \ud83d\ude2e Wie ich inzwischen weiss, habe ich aber Ich werde aber versuchen, diese gegen die vom e36 auszutauschen. Die vom e36 sind n\u00e4mlich aus Alu und nicht aus Blech wie beim e30 und\u00a0<strong>deutlich<\/strong>\u00a0leichter.
