Also habe ich mich heute frohen Mutes an die Kipphebel und Kipphebelwellen begeben. Alle vier Kipphebelwellen musste ich neu anschaffen, da sie starke Abriebspuren von den Federn aufwiesen und auch Auswaschungen hatten. Die Kipphebel mitsamt Exzenter, Schrauben, Unterlegscheiben und Muttern sind auch neu. Die Federn und Sicherungsringe der Kipphebel sind ebenfalls neu, die beiden Scheiben vor und hinter dem Kipphebel die alten.<\/p>\n<p>Begonnen habe ich ohne gro\u00dfen Plan, ob das in der Reihenfolge wirklich clever, ist mit der Einlasswelle hinten. Ich habe versucht so sauber wie m\u00f6glich zu arbeiten, also alles vorher geputzt, mit Druckluft ausgeblasen und immer an den strategisch wichtigen Punkten Motor\u00f6l eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kipphebel habe ich wo m\u00f6glich so montiert, dass sie erst nicht im Eingriff der entsprechenden Nocke sind und ich somit nicht unn\u00f6tig an der Nockenwelle rum kurbeln muss.<\/p>\n<p><a 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Beim Einsetzen der Kipphebelwellen habe ich nat\u00fcrlich auf die richtige Position der \u00d6lbohrungen bzw Aussparungen f\u00fcr die Kopfschrauben geachtet.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem die erste Welle drinnen war, konnte ich f\u00fcr jeden Kipphebel den entsprechenden Sicherungsring einsetzen und damit den Hebel richtig \u00fcber einzig verf\u00fcgbaren) F\u00fchlerlehre der Welt auf 0,35mm Spiel eingestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Analog dazu bin ich mit den anderen Wellen vorgegangen.<\/p>\n<p><a Die Kipphebel k\u00f6nnen beim Auslass mangels Platz nicht mehr zu Beginn neben den Nocken montiert werden. Zudem kann die Nockenwelle nicht verdreht werden, da die Kipphebelwelle Auslass vorne durch eine Aussparung im Nockenwellenflansch eingesetzt werden muss.<\/p>\n<p>Dummerweise steht aber die Auslassenocke vom 2. Zylinder auf Halbmast im Eingriff. Die wirkliche Spannkraft kann ich selber nicht genau messen, aber ein mehrmaliges versuchsweises Dr\u00fccken der beiden Federn im Vergleich hat mir das Gef\u00fchl gegeben, dass die Druckst\u00e4rke beider Federn bei gleicher Pressung auch etwa gleich ist. Die neuen Federn sind zwar k\u00fcrzer, aber der Draht ist dicker.<\/p>\n<p>Ich k\u00f6nnte mir vorstellen, dass BMW mal die Produktion von den Federn ge\u00e4ndert hat. K\u00fcrzere Feder bedeutet f\u00fcr mich weniger Durchbiegung in der Mitte und damit weniger Abrieb auf der Welle.<\/p>\n<p>So viel zur Theorie, mal sehen, ob das so auch hinhaut &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Morgen wollte ich den Zylinderkopf soweit fertig machen, also noch ein paar Deckel montieren, etc. Dabei muss ich mir auch noch mal den Verbau der sogenannten Klemmst\u00fccke der Kipphebelwellen anschauen, also wie und wo die genau rein kommen.
