Am Samstag habe ich von Stephan Teile f\u00fcr den Zusammenbau meines Rumpfmotors im Wert von \u20ac 2.200,- abgeholt.\u00a0Dazu gab es noch eine neue Frontscheibe (Gr\u00fcn get\u00f6nt mit Blaukeil), Dichtung und Keder sowie Kleber f\u00fcr den Spiegelfuss. Daher habe ich die letzten beiden Abende damit verbracht, Schrauben und Kleinteile zu sortieren und zu ordnen. Tolle Arbeit \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>Dazu habe ich mir aus meiner Bestellliste Etiketten mit Teilenummer, Teilebezeichnung, Baugruppe und Schautafel aus dem ETK ausgedruckt. Die Kleinteile wurden von mir nach Baugruppen und Schautafeln sortiert in Sortimentsk\u00e4sten verpackt. 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nicht auf den Bildern drauf sind die 4 Elring Dichtungss\u00e4tze f\u00fcr den Rumpfmotor sowie die Zylinderkopfschrauben von Elring.<\/p>\n<p>Heute in der Mittagspause habe ich noch mit der Hilfe einer unserer Mechaniker aus der Werkstatt (Danke Silvio!) meine Frontscheibe montiert. Man, war das eine Ochserei, den Keder rein zu bekommen. Und das trotz Unmengen an Silikonspray und einem Hazet Keder Einzieher. Nach 1,5 Stunden war die Scheibe jedenfalls drinnen, die Mittagspause rum und Frank hungrig und total hin\u00fcber. Bilder von der eingebauten Frontscheibe gibt&#8217;s jedenfalls morgen.<\/p>\n<p>Zur weiteren Planung: ich werde wohl bis mindestens zum Wochenende mit den Anbauteilen besch\u00e4ftigt sein (Lackierung der \u00d6lwanne, Thermostatgeh\u00e4use, etc.).
